For select blockbuster AFL matches at the MCG, the Glasshouse Post Match Hospitality Package is designed as a premium after-the-siren experience, including premium reserved match tickets and an exclusive post-match function just metres from the stadium. Located in the state-of-the-art Glasshouse venue adjacent to the MCG, it offers a seamless way to enjoy the game first, then retreat to comfort once the crowds build.
You and your guests will meet at the MCG prior to the match and take your premium reserved seating to enjoy all the on-field action. After the final siren, you will make your way to the Glasshouse for a relaxed post-match function, with its close proximity ensuring an easy and smooth transition from stadium to hospitality.
Designed for those who value a refined yet informal atmosphere, the Glasshouse is the perfect place to retire to after a big match, including the Anzac Day clash. Enjoy quality food and drinks in comfort, away from the surrounding congestion, while nearby bars and venues fill up. With a relaxed cocktail-style setting, it is an ideal option for client hosting, staff rewards, or a premium way to round out a major match day.

Itinerary*:
2:00pm – Guests arrive at the MCG and take their seats (suggested arrival time, gates from 12pm TBC)
2:30pm – Pre-match Anzac Day formalities commence
3:20pm – Bounce: Essendon Bombers vs Collingwood Magpies
5:50pm – Match concludes (approx.)
6.00pm – Glasshouse function commences, beverage service commences
6.30pm – Food service commences
8:00pm – Glasshouse function concludes, beverage service concludes, guests depart

Booking Process
Step 1: Enquire on availability
Get in touch to check if your preferred package is available. We’ll confirm availability and answer any initial questions you may have.
Step 2: Confirm booking
We’ll provide you with a booking form to complete. When we receive your form, your booking will be processed. Once you receive a tax invoice from us, your package will be confirmed and secured.
Step 3: Invoicing & payments
You will receive a tax invoice from us for payment. We accept all forms of payment including bank transfer and credit cards. Please note, payment made by Visa, Mastercard and American Express are subject to a 1.9% administration fee. Credit card payments can be made securely online.
Step 4: Pre event management
Once your package has been confirmed and paid, you’ll receive pre-event communications from our events team including an invite template to send to your guests, with a start time.
Step 5: Ticketing and catering
We will contact you for any dietary requirements 10 days prior to the event. Digital tickets will sent to you the week of your event for distribution to your guests.
Step 6: Event day delivery
Your dedicated steward will introduce themselves to you upon arrival. They will take care of every requirement. Should any issues arise, Dynamic staff will be a phone call away to resolve them promptly.

Dress Code
MCG Corporate Box dress code is at your hosts discretion. You should check with them before attending. Please note, a minimum dress code of smart casual applies. This means:
Not Acceptable: Men
- Thongs, scuffs, dilapidated footwear, gumboots, moccasins, slippers and ugg boots.
- T-shirts, singlets, torn or ripped clothes, even if “designer” tears.
- Shirts not supported by a collar including crew neck shirts (skivvies are acceptable).
- Football, running, athletic, bike, tennis and board shorts.
- Tracksuit pants.
- Beachwear.
- Overalls.
- Any clothing displaying racist or similarly offensive messages.
Not Acceptable: Women

FAQs
I want to bring my kids. Are they allowed in the boxes? Do they need a ticket?
Yes, children of all ages are permitted into the boxes and must be supervised at all times. The decision to allow children into a MCG Corporate Box is at the host’s discretion. Under no circumstances are they to consume alcohol. Children under the age of 3 do not require a ticket. Kids meals are available upon request.
We have a guest who is Coeliac/Vegetarian/other special dietary requirement. Can you organise this?
Yes, we can arrange for guests with dietary requirements. This must be disclosed at least 10 days prior to the event to ensure the caterers can accommodate the request.
Can I bring signage or branding into the Corporate Box?
Please check with your account manager. There are restrictions on what can be brought into the MCG.
Can I bring food and beverages from outside the Corporate Box?
No food and beverages can be brought from outside the stadium, or from publicly available outlets inside the MCG. If you have a special request, for example a birthday cake, please ask your account manager.
