The Legends Lounge in the Jim Stynes Room offers a premium way to experience Ampol State of Origin in a relaxed yet vibrant cocktail style setting. Designed for guests who want to soak up the atmosphere while enjoying high quality food and beverages, this package delivers a first class hospitality experience from start to finish.
Located in an elevated, glass fronted room, the Legends Lounge provides excellent views and a lively match night environment. With casual style furnishings and a strong social atmosphere, it’s the ideal space to entertain clients, host colleagues or enjoy the game with friends. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet and interact with Rugby League legends throughout the evening.
Your Corporate Suite style seating is positioned inside the room, allowing you to move easily between the lounge areas at the rear of the space and your seats at the front for drinks and hospitality at any point during the match.

Booking Process
Step 1: Enquire on availability
Get in touch to check if your preferred package is available. We’ll confirm availability and answer any initial questions you may have.
Step 2: Confirm booking
We’ll provide you with a booking form to complete. When we receive your form, your booking will be processed. Once you receive a tax invoice from us, your package will be confirmed and secured.
Step 3: Invoicing & payments
You will receive a tax invoice from us for payment. We accept all forms of payment including bank transfer and credit cards. Please note, payment made by Visa, Mastercard and American Express are subject to a 1.9% administration fee. Credit card payments can be made securely online.
Step 4: Pre event management
Once your package has been confirmed and paid, you’ll receive pre-event communications from our events team including an invite template to send to your guests, with a start time.
Step 5: Ticketing and catering
We will contact you for any dietary requirements 10 days prior to the event. Digital tickets will sent to you the week of your event for distribution to your guests.
Step 6: Event day delivery
Your dedicated steward will introduce themselves to you upon arrival. They will take care of every requirement. Should any issues arise, Dynamic staff will be a phone call away to resolve them promptly.
Itinerary
6:10pm: Guests can access the private facility at this time. Beverage service commences
6:40pm: Food service commences
7:40pm: Bounce - Game commences
8:50pm: Half Time –Supper savouries to be served (approx.)
10:20pm: Match concludes (approx.)
10:50pm: Beverage service concludes, guests to depart (approx.)

Dress Code
MCG Corporate Box dress code is at your hosts discretion. You should check with them before attending. Please note, a minimum dress code of smart casual applies. This means:
Not Acceptable: Men
- Thongs, scuffs, dilapidated footwear, gumboots, moccasins, slippers and ugg boots.
- T-shirts, singlets, torn or ripped clothes, even if “designer” tears.
- Shirts not supported by a collar including crew neck shirts (skivvies are acceptable).
- Football, running, athletic, bike, tennis and board shorts.
- Tracksuit pants.
- Beachwear.
- Overalls.
- Any clothing displaying racist or similarly offensive messages.
Not Acceptable: Women
- Thongs, scuffs, dilapidated footwear, gumboots, moccasins, slippers and ugg boots.
- Torn or ripped garments, even if “designer” tears.
- Running, athletic or bike shorts, or sportswear such as tennis skirts.

Below is a sample menu of what you can expect in your MCG Corporate Box or the Nissan Lounge for AFL matches. All catering is provided by Delaware North, the stadium appointed caterer. Menus vary for non-AFL major matches such as Boxing Day Test, Cricket ODI' & T20's and State of Origin. Check with your account manager for more info.

FAQs
I want to bring my kids. Are they allowed in the boxes? Do they need a ticket?
Yes, children of all ages are permitted into the boxes and must be supervised at all times. The decision to allow children into a MCG Corporate Box is at the host’s discretion. Under no circumstances are they to consume alcohol. Children under the age of 3 do not require a ticket. Kids meals are available upon request.
We have a guest who is Coeliac/Vegetarian/other special dietary requirement. Can you organise this?
Yes, we can arrange for guests with dietary requirements. This must be disclosed at least 10 days prior to the event to ensure the caterers can accommodate the request.
Can I bring signage or branding into the Corporate Box?
Please check with your account manager. There are restrictions on what can be brought into the MCG.
Can I bring food and beverages from outside the Corporate Box?
No food and beverages can be brought from outside the stadium, or from publicly available outlets inside the MCG. If you have a special request, for example a birthday cake, please ask your account manager.
